Plant Sales and Delivery
We sell Virginia native, straight species only with a special emphasis on plants native to the Northern Neck, Middle Peninsula and shoreline/salt tolerant plants. Our general service area stretches from Fredericksburg to Richmond east all the way to Reedville and Gloucester. For this reason, we do carry some plants more traditional to the Piedmont/Coastal Plain fall line but try to keep plants native to the county they are planted. We do not have a brick and mortar storefront. Our plants are ordered online or people can purchase as our weekly plant sales in Kilmarnock VA and various plant sales throughout the NNK and Virginia.
We source our plants from a variety of growers in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed making sure to remove any Cultivars/Nativars. This can include growers in lower Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. We do not re-sell Department of Forestry seedlings or mail order bare root plants.

Our main feature is ease of access and low cost. We hold plant sales across the NNK and even further into VA with a focus on areas of native plant interest but without steady plant sale access. Most of our plant sales are fundraisers for local groups including the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck and Master Gardeners of the Central Rappahannock. Our other main emphasis is sustainability. We do not use vermiculite, perlite, or peat. We recycle pots and take pot donations. We also explicitly try to purchase overstocked items at growers to prevent waste and to help boost their profitability and long term sustainability.
