Earth Sangha invites you to a Fall Open House & Plant Sale at our Wild Plant Nursery, at
Franconia Park in Springfield, VA. Come choose from over 250 local-ecotype native plant species and meet some of
our local partners in environmental stewardship and conservation. All of our plants are grown from seed that
we collect, with permission, from local parks and wild areas. Many of the species available are very difficult to
obtain — and fall is really the best time to plant. Trees, shrubs, and perennials like the cooler weather and greater
rainfall lets them establish robust roots. Late blooming annuals can make great additions to your garden, and
many will “volunteer” from seed next year. If you live in the DC area and you garden, or you’re thinking about
creating an ecologically-sensitive garden, you really owe it to yourself to come out on Sunday, September 28th.
All proceeds go to local parkland restoration!
