| Specialty | Local ecotype native plants of the Virginia Piedmont. Our focus in 2023 is sun-loving pollinator perennials and grasses. We will have very limited inventory in our inaugural growing season. In 2024 we will be adding shade-loving perennials, fruit- and nut-producing shrubs and trees, and a much larger selection over all. |
| Plant Source or Origin | All of our native forbs, grasses, and vines are local ecotype with seeds, plugs, cuttings, and divisions ethically sourced from the Piedmont Uplands (64c) ecoregion. Our trees and shrubs are grown from seedlings produced by the Virginia Department of Forestry. |
