It is our since hope that this book will be used to enjoy plants in their natural settings. Our reader are urged to help preserve wildflowers by only looking at or photographing them—never removing, picking, or disturbing them. If you go off the trail to take closer look at a flower, watch where you put your feet, knees, and hands. If you set up your photographic equipment, be careful not to damage any plants.
