Meet at parking area C-1 for a short trip down to the river and back to see Turkey Run’s spring ephemerals with Margaret Chatham. Current weather forecast calls for “AM showers” but we’ll go unless they’re heavy.
Please dress for the weather. Walking sticks recommended. Bring your own water and anything else you need to feel comfortable on an unpaved, woodsy, possibly muddy trail. Free, registration required, limit 15 participants per walk.
For morning people you may register for the same walk starting 9:30am.
Turkey Run Park is a VNPS Native Plant Registry Site.
