Poor Mountain puts on a great show of composites including sunflowers, asters, black-eyed Susans, iron weed, coreopsis as well as other plants. Many of the plants attract a wide variety of butterflies. Come join Lou Greiner for a close up look at the flora and lepidoptera. Bring lunch and water. Walking will be minimal. Mostly it will be in and out of the car botanizing.
