This meeting will be both in person at Roanoke Council of Garden Clubs and via Zoom.
Bruce Grimes from New River will present the topic of “Butterflies”. Some of us may remember him from the wonderful walk he led for us last July at the liatris field near Blacksburg. Mr. Grimes has been a Master Naturalist since 2015 and has been studying and photographing insects since 2018.
Meetings are held the last Monday during the months of September, October, November, February, March, April, and May, unless changed or canceled due to inclement weather and/or Roanoke County School
closures.
Our meetings will begin at 6:45 p.m. to conduct club business and still allow plenty of time for presentations to begin at 7:00.
We plan to continue providing Zoom options to view programs, with links provided by email, when available.
