Don’t miss the last of our Winter Speaker Series. McNeill Mann’s fascination with wild edible and medicinal plants began while she was in college in Prescott, Arizona, surrounded by amazing desert plants. After moving to North Carolina in 2008, she began studying–and eating!–the flora of the Appalachian mountains. McNeill has attended numerous classes, workshops, and conferences about wild edible plants, herbalism, nutrition, and food preservation and fermentation.
