Join us at the Boxerwood Nature Center and Woodland Garden for our 4th season of Walk and Talk workshops where we gain skills to Walk our Talk. Guest experts will share their successes and facilitate new skill-building workshops related to this season’s theme: “Living Lightly on the Earth …and for the Earth”.
~
This discussion will focus on using the right native plants in the right place, energy and water conservation, organic principals for soil health, managing bugs, diseases, and invasives, and gardener health. Native plants will be offered for sale as well! Event led by the Upper James River Native Plant Society.

Please e-mail (info@boxerwood.org) or call (540-463-2697) to register for an event. More information is available on the Boxerwood website about this event.

Each program is limited to 20 participants. We will start from the Boxerwood Lodge (963 Ross Road) just outside Lexington.

Parking is free for members of Boxerwood and $5/car for non-members.

Programs are free, but suggested free-will donation for each program is $10/person to support maintenance of Boxerwood’s gardens.
