Thursday, April 27th from 6:30pm, will have our VNPS-SHRC meeting at Garden Auditorium (Norfolk Botanical Garden).
Our speaker this month is Mark Griffith. His talk will titled: “Native plant species in our area, and tree maintenance.”
He is the Residential & Commercial Division Manager for Xylem Tree Experts based in Hampton Roads. Mark maintains several industry certifications including VA Certified Horticulturist and ISA Certified Arborist.
Mark Griffith has spent the past 20 years in the green industry. After earning a Landscape Design and Management degree from the Horticulture Program at Tidewater Community College in 2007, he grew his industry experience as an Area Manager for Basnight Land and Lawn and later as a Landscape Designer.
