Join Native Plant Trail Curator Jack Monsted to learn to identify plants in winter from their fruit.
Jack will lead this easy walk and show us the meadow at Blandy Experimental Farm and help identify woody species and herbaceous weeds and wildflowers that grow in this area and found in the winter time. He will be assisted by Sally Anderson, former VNPS President, and Dr. Emily Southgate, Botanist and VNPS Piedmont Chapter President.
