The pollinator garden at the Nature Play Space in Heritage Park is home to an abundance of native plants and shrubs, many of which were generously donated by community members and local organizations, including VNPS and the Rotary Club of Blacksburg.<\/p>\n

The garden welcomes visitors to this community space and plays a key role in New River Land Trust’s Youth Outreach program, serving as a learning garden for educational classes, events, and summer camps. With signage highlighting subjects such as habitat and species diversity, the garden provides learning opportunities for youth and families year-round.<\/p>\n
