Our brand new Central Rappahannock Chapter of the Virginia Native Plant Society would love to see you at our first Membership Meeting and Plant Sharing event!
Here are the details:
- 5:30pm – drop off plants, have some snacks, meet fellow native plant enthusiasts
- 6:00 – 6:45pm – introduction of our chapter, recognition of those who got us here, voting on our Board and Bylaws
- 6:45 – 7:45pm – more snacks and plant sharing
What to Bring: Yourself – the most valuable resource! Labeled native plants – if you have them. Finger foods – if you’d like. Your own drink – if you’d like one, no alcohol allowed.
Registration: It would be helpful if you told us you were coming so we can ensure we have our space well organized, please use this link.
Notes: Please note that we are sharing our love of native plants and recognize that there are plenty of newbies in the group – as a newbie you are welcome to participate, knowing that in future years you will pass on your bounty to others. We’ll all be generous of spirit as we select plants from our sharing tables. Note that seeds are welcome as well!
Only current chapter members will be allowed to vote at the meeting, we will be voting on the honor system until we have full access to the VNPS membership database.
